"Ruined vacations", which is what RV stands for, according to our salesman. Well, he isn't wrong and no, we didn't run away. In fact, we enjoyed his honesty and gregarious personality. We were at Wilkins RV to look at a specific unit. The camper was there, as promised and in quite decent condition. Buying a used camper is like buying a Harley-Davidson. You know what you're getting into if you have a modicum of experience. We found a couple of issues that we wanted them to attend to and they did. We found a few more on the first trip out and we corrected them. Cody, our salesman, was excellent (ask for him). I got a little bit ahead of myself.. The business side of the transaction was also rather painless. Jeremy made the financial aspect of the deal go smoothly and efficiently. He was also very personable and easy to work with. Time will tell if the warranty and service promises hold true — but for now, we have a good feeling about our decision to purchase the camper that we did from Wilkins. Again, you have to know what you're getting into when buying a camper; new or used. There's going to be issues, you're going to need service and, with any luck, Wilkins RV service will be bett

It was such a pleasure working with Mike Glair to help us select a new travel trailer. He explained everything we were getting and what we needed to add to my vehicle to make it safe for towing. He really bent over backwards to help us get exactly what we needed. Kudos also to Jeremy Moore for helping us with our financing to get the best rate that would work for us. I will definitely share our positive experience at Wilkins with family and friends!

We first met Mike Glair about a year ago when we started looking for a new 5th wheel. His welcoming, and not pushy nature stood out right away. He educated us and helped us make a good decision. After many other trips to dealers and shows, we came right back to Mike when we were ready to buy. Wilkins RV in Churchville had an RV we wanted at a great price. It arrives in a few weeks. Spend some time with Mike, you will learn a lot. Thank you Mike!

We just purchased a new travel trailer from Wilkins in Churchville. The whole experience was so easy because of the great staff at the dealership. Form Cody the salesman, to Jimmy the tech, to Jeremy in finance everything was handled in a professional and seamless manner. Highly recommend buying a camper from the crew there!

I originally left a one-star review after purchasing my first camper here because I ran into multiple issues that left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. As a first-time buyer, that experience was disappointing and stressful. However, I’m updating my review to five stars because of the way this was ultimately handled. Rob Moss, the General Manager, personally stepped in, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and made sure every issue was not just addressed—but fully resolved. I also want to give special recognition to Michael in service. He noticed details that I hadn’t even realized—and honestly, probably should have—and made sure everything was taken care of. His attentiveness and communication made a huge difference in my experience. The combination of Rob and Michael’s professionalism, accountability, and follow-through completely changed my experience. I now feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely happy with both my camper and the level of service I received. I truly appreciate the effort it took to make things right. That kind of leadership and customer care makes a big difference.
